New Client Guide
Are you a new client? First, we would like to thank you for choosing our clinic for your pet's care! This page has been designed to answer some questions new clients often ask us, plus provide a little information that will make this transition go as smooth as possible.Let's get started.
We can usually provide you with an appointment same or next day, provided you contact us as early as possible. (Please note: our phone message machine does not record messages. Please call us during our normal operating hours and speak with our staff to receive an appointment.)
On Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays we see clients by appointment between the hours of 9:00am - 11:30am, and then again between 4:30pm - 6:00pm. The afternoons are reserved for surgical procedures which we perform in house. On Tuesdays and Thursdays we see clients in the morning only, between 9:00am - 11:00am.
On your first visit, we ask that you bring or have faxed to us ((609)-324-0076) any and all records from your pet's history. This gives us the opportunity to learn as much as possible about your pet before we even get started with an examination. If your pet is a puppy or kitten, we ask that you also bring a sample of the pet's bowel movement.
