Dickinson-McNeill Veterinary Clinic has the right to refuse treatment to any animal that is aggressive in nature and cannot be restrained in a safe, normal manner for the animal and persons involved.
Emergencies

Veterinary Clinic is not an emergency clinic. We suggest emergency
cases be taken to an emergency clinic, as we are not properly staffed
or equipped for such cases.

is due at time servies are rendered. There will be no exceptions.
